Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SwipeScore ("SwipeScore," "we," "us") handles your information. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the Service, we delete your uploads within 30 days of delivery, and we never sell your information.

01What We Collect: Email address — when you request a free score, unlock The Swipe Report, or purchase a report, so we can deliver it and send the emails described in section 02.
Profile screenshots — the materials you choose to upload for review.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated by operating a website, and, if you arrived from an ad or link campaign, which campaign it was.
We do not require an account, and we do not collect anything else.
02How We Use It: We use your information to prepare and deliver the score or report you asked for, to respond if you contact us, and to send you occasional emails about SwipeScore: new findings, product updates, and offers. You can opt out of those emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every one, or by emailing hello@swipescore.org. Opting out never affects a report you have already paid for. We may also use technical data to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
03Retention and Deletion: Uploaded materials are deleted within 30 days of delivering your report. They are not used to train any system, not shared with anyone else, and not retained beyond that window. Email addresses are retained so we can honor your purchase history, respond to you, and send the occasional emails described in section 02. If you unsubscribe we stop sending those, and you can ask us to delete your email address entirely at any time. One exception: with your separate written permission, we may publish an anonymized example based on your report, details altered.
04Our Scoring Model: The scoring model behind the Service is built on anonymized, de-identified data analyzed only in aggregate. Your submission is scored by it — your submission does not become part of it.
05Sharing: We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the Service — payment processing, email and customer-record storage, and website hosting — and only for that purpose, or where disclosure is required by law.
06Your Rights: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@swipescore.org. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
07Children: The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
08Changes: We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
