Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SwipeScore website and services (the "Service"), operated by SwipeScore ("SwipeScore," "we," "us"). By using the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
- 01The Service
- SwipeScore provides feedback on dating profiles: a score, suggested improvements, and a rewritten bio, based on the materials you submit. Reports are prepared and delivered by email, typically within 24 hours of purchase. The Service is informational. It is advice about presentation — not a matchmaking service, and not a guarantee of any dating outcome.
- 02Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- 03Payment
- Prices are shown at checkout and charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. All sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or offered by us in writing. We also offer a money-back guarantee: tell us why the report was not useful and we will refund your purchase.
- 04Your Content
- You retain ownership of everything you submit. You represent that you have the right to share the materials you upload, and that they are your own profile. You grant us a limited license to use your submission solely to prepare and deliver your report. Submissions are deleted within 30 days of delivery and are not used for any other purpose. With a user's separate written permission, we may publish an anonymized example based on their report, with identifying details altered. We never do this without permission.
- 05Acceptable Use
- You agree not to submit another person's profile or personal information without their consent, not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and not to probe, disrupt, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these Terms, with a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.
- 06No Guarantees
- Dating outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control. We do not promise matches, dates, responses, or any particular result. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- 07Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwipeScore's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- 08Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its content, design, and reports (other than your submitted materials), is owned by SwipeScore and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your report is for your personal use.
- 09Changes
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
- 10Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
